When exercising it is extremely important that you have made some preparations. For example having a glass of water to hand ensuring that you have enough space to exercise in, are you wearing appropriate footware, even if you are exercising on carpet you need to be wearing trainers or non slip shoes.
If you are on medication please make sure that you have taken your medication as directed and if you have a medical condition, check it out with your Doctor that exercise is appropriate for you before starting this or any other exercise program.

exercise session with an
8 minute cool down.

This a SHORT VERSION lasting for 18 minutes and includes a cool down.
You will need a chair without arms there is also the option of using weights

This is a shorter version lasting 20 minutes workout
