Healthy Hearts Exercise in Retirement free exercise programmes are listed below.

When exercising it is extremely important that you have made some preparations.   For example having a glass of water to hand ensuring that you have enough space to exercise in, are you wearing appropriate footware, even if you are exercising on carpet you need to be wearing trainers or non slip shoes.

If you are on medication please make sure that you have taken your medication as directed and if you have a medical condition,  check it out with your Doctor that exercise is appropriate for you before starting this or any other exercise program.

I would strongly recommend that you have watched the video on Exercising Safely and have also read the article “EXERCISE – HOW SHOULD IT FEEL” before attempting any of the videos posted here.
